You will have to make a video of the Importer Seal & Batch No. at the time of unboxing the package. If this is not done, the product cannot be returned.

The product will not be applicable for returns in case of manufacturing defect or disliking of taste of any flavour. In case you have ordered wrong items or flavour, you may get it replaced at additional clearance of transportation cost.

Do Not Break.

Do not break the seal of the product if any misprint occurs on the batch code or any tampering occurs with the importer seal of the product. If you notice any misprints on the batch code or any tampering with the importer seal after breaking the seal, the product will not be returned or replaced. The product should be in the same condition as delivered to customer.

Returns in such case would not be guaranteed; However, Fitbuy will take the “sole” responsibility to evaluate the matter and decide if the product should be applicable for returns. Fitbuy’s decision would be “final” and no arguments would be entertained.
