Return & Refunds:
We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers. The products are applicable for returns “only” in case the following results are found to be negative:
- 1. Product verification with the manufacturer/Importer.
- 2. Lab test the product.
- 3. The product can only be “replaced” in case of any damages during transportation.
You will have to make a video of the Importer Seal & Batch No. at the time of unboxing the package. If this is not done, the product cannot be returned.
The product will not be applicable for returns in case of manufacturing defect or disliking of taste of any flavour. In case you have ordered wrong items or flavour, you may get it replaced at additional clearance of transportation cost.
Do not break the seal of the product if any misprint occurs on the batch code or any tampering occurs with the importer seal of the product. If you notice any misprints on the batch code or any tampering with the importer seal after breaking the seal, the product will not be returned or replaced. The product should be in the same condition as delivered to customer.
You can write to us at hello@Fitbuy.in in case of unavoidable circumstances which may have caused non-inspection of products at the time of delivery. Returns in such case would not be guaranteed; However, Fitbuy will take the “sole” responsibility to evaluate the matter and decide if the product should be applicable for returns. Fitbuy’s decision would be “final” and no arguments would be entertained.
The product can be requested for return within 7 days of Delivery.
