At FitBuy, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
-Be in its original condition
- Be returned within 6 days of delivery
- Have all original tags and packaging
- Be unopened and unused
Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

2. Repackage the item securely and include all original tags and packaging.
3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided with the RMA number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Process a full refund for the original purchase price
- Issue a store credit for the original purchase price
- Refund shipping costs (if applicable)
Exceptions
The following items are final sales and not eligible for returns:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Products past their expiration date
Warranty
We offer a one-week warranty on all products. If your item becomes defective during this time, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
